Stone Lock 10KG
The KIBA Stone Lock is a recreation of the iconic Chinese & Japanese training tool.
Known as Shisuo (Chin.) or Ishi Sashi (Jap.), stone weights like these have been used by athletes and martial arts practioners for many centuries.
The 10KG Stone Lock "Tiger" is a heavy piece of equipment that is still simply fun to handle. It will help you build strength and muscle with all kinds of movements. It stands securely on the ground and can be used like a fitness block or paralettes.
Each KIBA Stone Lock is made by hand with a special high-density concrete. The smooth surface is polished with organic wax for a firm grip and extra protection from moisture.
If you choose a secondary color, the recessed Tiger reliefs, logo and weight digits will be painted by hand.
